PanARMENIAN.Net - In Istanbul, on the sidelines of the 152nd Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, a meeting has begun between Armenian National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan and Speaker of Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova, APA reports.
On April 16, they had a brief interaction.
Earlier, Simonyan had stated that meetings with counterparts from Georgia and Azerbaijan were planned during the visit.
The last time Simonyan and Gafarova met was in Geneva in October 2025, in the presence of Inter-Parliamentary Union Secretary General Martin Chungong.
