Kyrgyzstan News.Net Sunday 11th July, 2010
Russia and Japan are to work together to create a liquefied natural gas plant in Vladivostok.
An official signing for he deal will take place in November, when Russian President Dmitry Medvedev visits Japan to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in Yokohama.
When the plant is operational, it is expected that five million tonnes of gas output will be shipped to Japan annually.
It is expected the new facility will begin output as soon as 2017, to liquefy the natural gas delivered by pipeline from eastern Russia.
Japan Petroleum Exploration Co. will be engaged in the construction, as will Russia's Gazprom. Email this story to a friend

Japan and Russia to build gas plant together
2017 is too long. They should start operating next year and the natural gas to be sold to Japan from Russia must be in Roubles not USD, EURO, or Yen!

Just kidding, Yen is acceptable.
But Russia will use the Yen from the natural gas sales to Japan and buy, buy, buy as much tangible assets from Japan with the Yen. That way, Western bankers and their proxy bankers worldwide cannot get free rides printing more USD and EURO and then have them exchanged into Yen to grab for free the natural gas from Russia. When the volume of money in Yen paid to Russia exceeds the assets Japan actually have in its hand then punch the STOP key. The point is to trade tangible assets and not fiat paper money.

Japan and Russia in new gas deal
Paying in Yen would mean more buying power for Russia of Japanese goods. Russia can buy more since it doesn’t need to convert money to Yen and Japanese business sell more to products to Russia. Its a win win for both countries.

What you said is true if and only if...
The Japanese government take control of their bankers who belong to the global banking cartel lead by Western bankers and block them from printing money at will. The amount of newly printed money must be restricted to 5 percent of what it was in the past yearly. It is better to ban printing of new money for another 5 years blow up the bubble. If the Japanese government allows the complicit central bank to print so much money to accomodate the Western bankers' fiat money in USD and EURO that the number of money in circulation in the country is more than the assets Japan actually have, Japan will end up in a bottomless rabbit hole. The Yen will be absoluteless worthless as the result. Economic armageddon ensues.
The overprinted fiat money in USD and EURO is very toxic. The USD and EURO entering the country must be measured in tangible assets. When you allow paper money to replace real commodities, you are in big trouble.
